These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the website and application available at https://enbreve.org, referred to as “Enbreve,” “service,” or “platform.”

By accessing or using Enbreve, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

1. What Enbreve is

Enbreve is a simple tool to help people who live together organize and track household chores.

The service does not replace personal agreements, legal responsibilities, or decisions between users.

2. Who may use it

You may use Enbreve if you have legal capacity to contract.

Minors must use the service with permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Creating a home

Enbreve lets you create a “home” with a shared ID.

Each participant can access it using a name and PIN.

You are responsible for keeping that information secure.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to:

  • Use the service lawfully and respectfully
  • Not access third-party data without authorization
  • Not use the service for harassment, abusive control, or illegal conduct
  • Not compromise the security of the platform

We may suspend users who violate these rules.

5. User content

You are responsible for the information you enter in Enbreve.

Avoid entering sensitive data such as:

  • identity documents
  • banking information
  • medical information

6. Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Availability

The service may be temporarily unavailable for technical reasons.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

8. Changes

We may change features at any time.

9. Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • keeping your PIN secure
  • sharing the ID only with people you authorize
  • reviewing the data you enter

10. Limitation of liability

Enbreve is not liable for:

  • disputes between users
  • misuse of the service
  • leaks caused by sharing the PIN
  • external failures

11. Intellectual property

All platform content belongs to Enbreve.

Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

12. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time.

We may also suspend access in case of violation of these Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
